    Product looked good, but packaging needs improvement. Roots were not insulated enough and packer used way too much tape around trees making it very difficult to open.

    The sapling was received in very good shape and is already in the ground. I now have to be patient and let it acclimatize itself, I’ll do my best to give it time. Many thanks
