Cancellations and Returns
As mentioned above, once the processing phase has been completed you cannot cancel your order, however in the event there is a cancellation after the processing is completed in addition to the $5.00 Cancellation fee we will charge a 10% restocking fee, which will cover our original harvest costs and the cost to put the plants back into the ground. Also to cover any packing costs if it reached that phase. If you used a 3rd party payment option such as PayPal or Google Pay they charge us 3% of the total purchase as payment processing fees and in the event the purchase is cancelled they do not refund this fee, so this fee would be deducted from any refund that resulted from a cancellation.
We accept Returns of Your Entire Order For any reason for a Refund (Less 10% Restocking Fee, Original Shipping & Packing Cost) Within (14) Days of receipt, we do not pay return shipping costs. Please Inform us of The Return Date. Any Return for refund must be in the UNOPENED original packaging and in a live condition. No other refunds are given.
SHORTAGES: Missing Items MUST Be Reported Within (24) Hours of Receipt and Prior to Planting.
