Refunds

During the shipping window and once the processing phase has been completed you cannot cancel your order, however in the event there is a cancellation after the processing is completed we will charge a 16% restocking fee plus a $5.00 cancellation fee, which will cover our original harvest costs and the cost to put the plants back into the ground as well as the lost sales potential (also to cover any packaging costs if it reached that phase).  For orders that were reserved from a future harvest and then canceled after 2 weeks or more  and prior to the ordering deadline for that harvest will be charged an 8% fee in addition to the $5.00 cancellation fee.  If you used a 3rd party payment option such as PayPal or Google Pay they charge us 3% of the total purchase as payment processing fees and in the event the purchase is cancelled they do not refund this fee, so this fee would be deducted from any refund that resulted from a cancellation.

We accept Returns of Your Entire Order For any reason for a Refund (Less 10% Restocking Fee, Original Shipping & Packing Cost) Within (14) Days of receipt, we do not pay return shipping costs.  Please Inform us of The Return Date.  Any Return for refund must be in the UNOPENED original packaging and in a live condition.  No other refunds are given.

SHORTAGES: Missing Items MUST Be Reported Within (24) Hours of Receipt and Prior to Planting.
