The Butterfly Bush grows well in USDA Hardiness Zones 5-9. It typically thrives in Full Sun and has a 2-4 Feet growth rate per year. Once full grown they can reach a height of 4-8 Feet and 4-8 Feet in spread. The Butterfly Bush does well or is tolerant in Moist, Well-Drained Dry Sites, Alkaline soil.  Be ready to see a variety of wildlife drawn to the Butterfly Bush as they can attract Butterflies. We send assorted colors chosen at random: rich purples, orchid-pinks and lilacs, vibrant reds, and pure whites.     I received my butterfly bush in great condition. It had the behinning of buds. It was immediately potted in a container.

    In just a few days the leaves have grown longer. Really looking forward to seeing it grow and produce their lovely flowers. I really wanted a dwarf but did not see any in the catalogue.

    I ordered this (along with several other items) last spring. By mid summer it had grown so much and in late August, there lots of 3 & 4 inch blooms. Now we’re in early June, this bush is over 6 ft y’all and loaded with blooms. There have been lots of various butterflies

    I bought this last spring. This little bush took off soon after getting it planted. Already producing leaves and new branches.
