We only ship to the Continental U.S. and some states and the USDA have restrictions on specific plants. Please refer to the above section for a breakdown of the plant details and information. overall order was 3 1/2 to 4

Web ordering was fine. I was kept informed of order status = good. Wasn't given estimated delivery date; it got to be later than I expected for my location; wondering if they lost my order = not good. Finally got bare root tree. Broke dormancy next day = very good timing. Seemed to be in good shape; very well packaged. Planted it immediately. Seems to be doing fine (1 week after planting).

RE: The Tree was received during the shipping window agreed to at checkout.

The mountain ash trees arrived third week of April and to date both are doing well. As a matter of fact, the trees are sprouting limbs and leaves. It's difficult to believe.
