Arrived quickly from time shipped and appears to be in good shape, good root system.
Tree arrived quick and was packaged well and was alive
Trees arrived well packed, ready to go in the ground. Buds were present on arrival and became leaves shortly after being planted. Will order more trees due to the success I’ve had with my first order.
The trees arrived safely and well packaged. I am very happy with my order and the exceptional customer service and follow up. Thanks so much.
Good package to send and healthy tree .. fast service
I am truly happy with everything about my order with the exception of the slight delay and separation due to the tree store employing a third party to handle notifications and payments. I would order another tree from them in the future.
Great tree arrived healthy with 3 free gifts 2 other trees and flower seeds, nice company to buy from
Web ordering was fine. I was kept informed of order status = good. Wasn't given estimated delivery date; it got to be later than I expected for my location; wondering if they lost my order = not good. Finally got bare root tree. Broke dormancy next day = very good timing. Seemed to be in good shape; very well packaged. Planted it immediately. Seems to be doing fine (1 week after planting).
RE: The Tree was received during the shipping window agreed to at checkout.
The mountain ash trees arrived third week of April and to date both are doing well. As a matter of fact, the trees are sprouting limbs and leaves. It's difficult to believe.
