    The Tree Store ROCKS!

Posted by Marguerite Bryant on May 15th 2019

Our elderberry bushes arrived in great shape and are doing fine! The Tree Store also included a gift: a free mulberry tree, which we are excited about! I had a few questions along the way, and they were quick and courteous in their responses. This is where we will be getting our trees from now on. They obviously love their work, and it shines through in the quality of the plants and packaging.

    Great Elderberry Plants

Posted by Kandis B McKenna on May 2nd 2019

I appreciate the quality of the elderberry plants. They arrived with small buds and were packaged very well. I was a little shocked at the free plant that was included with my order. I would NOT recommend sending free Virginia Creeper vines to people though because I am highly allergic to this plant. It grows everywhere here in East Texas and was not something I wanted to touch in my order. Please consider that many people that are allergic to the ivy plant family are very allergic to this plant as well. I had to go and scrub down with this special soap I have in order not to break out in a rash. I was however very happy with my Elderberries. Thank you, Kandis

    Great looking roots

Posted by Brandy Caster on Apr 12th 2019

My elderberry plants were packed securely for shipping. The roots look very strong and developed for young plants. They have arrived dormant, but hopefully they will bud soon. I placed them in water overnight to help break dormancy per instructions.

Shred those mass-media catalogues for compost!

Posted by NOMAD JOATMAN on Feb 20th 2019

We have purchased "bare-root" stock before from the big names in nursery products. Burgess among them. Always disappointed with the products condition so much so that I have an "ICU" set up for trees arrival. These came in amazing condition! These people set a whole new standard for bare root product and we will never buy from anyone else! Customer Service worked with us to get our stock early for our home made "Hot House" to get as much growth as we could in a limited season. Shocked by how smooth everything went and the excellent condition of their product. Care in shipping, packaging. I can't say enough!

    Elderberry tree

Posted by Chasity on Jan 17th 2018

trees arrived to my surprise larger than expected, very well packed and complete planting instructions. Shipping dates were not as expected- ordered in August rec'd trees in January. Communication should have been more on the Tree Stores part- but, trees are more than expected.

    Plants in excellent health

Posted by Unknown on Apr 18th 2017

I ordered a number of trees from the Tree Store including this elderberry bush. Upon inspection, they were all carefully prepared for shipping and in great shape. They have been planted in containers awaiting completion of land clearing and in three days, are all busting out with greenery. I am well pleased to say the least and cannot wait to locate them to their permanent homes this fall.
